Shared with Only the People It Concerns
One workspace for the whole company, live in every tab, with a name on every change, a switch for every permission, and your own directory at the door.

One Workspace Holds All of It
Invite a colleague and they see the same boards, notes, calendar and reminders you do. There is no sharing step, because there is nothing to share: it was theirs the moment they joined.
A Move in One Tab Is a Move in Every Tab
A card dragged on one desk lands on the next one without a refresh, and so does a note, an event, a column or a tag. The assistant reports into the same stream, so a change looks the same whoever made it.
A Role Is a Default, Not a Verdict
Owner, admin and member set the starting permissions. Each person’s can then be widened or narrowed one switch at a time: everyone works the boards, and only Ada changes the AI connection.
Every Action Has a Name on It
A board keeps a log rather than snapshots, so undo takes back exactly what one person did and leaves what a colleague did in between.
The Wall Is the Workspace’s and the Paper Is Yours
Stick a note on a board or over a week of the calendar. Anyone can slide it aside or bring it forward to read; only you can rewrite it or take it down.
Sign In Through Your Own Directory
SAML and OIDC, so Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace and Auth0 work as they are. Who gets in is your identity provider’s decision, and Kilter never holds a password for them.
Leaving the Company Ends the Access
SCIM provisioning: when your directory deactivates somebody, their membership ends the same minute. The cards, notes and events they made stay with the team.
An Admin Reads the Log, Not the People
Every sign in, invitation, role change and removal in the workspace, with a name and a time on it. What a person does in another workspace is not in it.
